We haven’t checked in for a bit because we’ve been super busy with this adorable one!! Our first foal from our stallion, Destin, Was born June 19th!!

Welcome Sinatra ❤️❤️we can’t get enough of him!(Danishwarmblood x friesian sport horse )

We can’t wait to watch this little guy grow! He’s got some Big shoes to fill, his daddy is pretty amazing ❤️❤️.

We have gold medalist/international dressage rider, Nicole Harrington returning to Shawsay farm in west harrison Indiana this Wednesday, June 26th for an evening clinic!

Spots open starting at 715pm!! Get the kiddos to bed and sneak in for some work 💪💪💪 Clinic starts at 3pm
For auditors!

Nicole has taken multiple horses from start to GP! She is a natural in biomechanics as a rider and trains through softness and your horses natural talent!

She can work with riders of all disciplines and at any level! We’ve had everything from barrel horses and pleasure horses to all who enjoy the dressage and eventing disciplines!

Spots start at $100/45 min lessons. Scratches are only refunded with vet note/ clinician approval. Payment due at time of sign up. All haul ins are required to provide current vaccination records and coggins information.

Per usual… little man here was busy taking notes during our groovy ground work session with clinician Juilaine Patterson with equfit! Can’t wait for the second half of this clinic on June 29th! He later sat on the donut box…. And smooshed them 🤣 he regrets nothing.

Excited to kick off this gorgeous Saturday morning with the first day of our “Groovy ground work” clinic!

What a great group of people and ponies! Second half of this clinic will be June 29th! This clinic is full… but we have a fresh new set of dates for those wanting to do this but missed this session!! Slowly attempting to get back to “normal” although I struggle with what that is.

We’re excited to present our “Groovy groundwork work” Clinic! Hosted at Shawsay farm in west harrison, Indiana!

Hosted by Juilaine Patterson, with Equifit! There will also be a sneak peek of her “fitness for riding” class!!!

This clinic consists of 2 dates!! The first group has filled, now booking the second group. Second group would take place on the same Dates June 22nd and June 29th 12-230pm

Our farm took another hard hit this past weekend, losing our Sully boy.

This hits home hard, as he was my
Boy.

I don’t think any of us are ever prepared to say good bye… especially when it’s so sudden and unexpected.

In true Sully fashion, It was time to go according to him and I had to be ok with it. Things were always on his terms. Always his idea. Always up to him to decide when and where.

Our farm doesn’t feel the same when we lose family. The herd is smaller, a stall is empty, so many hearts are broken. He was family.

I feel so blessed to have known this boy and to have been worthy of his love and yet I feel broken all at the same time now that he is missing.

Send your love our way as we mourn the loss of this fun loving boy. He always had a way of making “it” about him, regardless how you felt about it

🤣 He had quite the “class clown” attitude, the type that would slip a frog in the teachers drinking water but also was 100% sincere and would always be there and have my back when things were serious. That good friend that would always have your back in a bar fight ❤️🤣.. so to say.

Here’s to you, my beautiful boy, and all the tears (lord there were so many) but also all the laughs and giggles with the many faces that were “sully”

Sincerely Missed… fly high gorgeous boy. I’ll see you soon.

We have the so very talented Jennifer Cherest Flory teaching at our farm this weekend, June 1st! We have limited space available.

Jennifer is a bronze medalist, soon to be silver, dressage instructor. She can work with riders of all age and discipline. We have a few horses at the farm that can be used for her lessons if you’d like to use one!

We had a blast in clinic this past Sunday with our friend and accredited dressage judge, Betty Ortleib! So much fun watching rides I wasn’t able to get many images!!

We celebrated friends and good rides at one of our favorite local restaurants, Los primos where we all enjoyed some “colorful” drinks 🤣 well earned!!

As you can tell, Rocky (our barn cat below), is quite excited to help park trailers for our Betty Ortleib (used/usdf rated dressage judge) clinic this weekend 💁‍♀️🤣 If you want my opinion, I wouldn’t trust him. He tends to favor who ever has the most catnip. 🤣🙈

We are so fortunate to have accredited educated instruction come to our farm. Betty is a cherished friend and we’ve always appreciated her time and guidance ❤️❤️

Our clinic starts this Sunday at 9am for those who would like to audit and hang out!! After, we are all heading to Los Primos for some amazing Mexican food and margaritas 🤣🤣❤️❤️ all are welcome to join!!

Although our hearts are heavy on the farm from the loss of one of kitties,
Our Queen, Peaches… we must move forward 😔 Our clinics and lessons will not be the same without our duchess overseeing them. I always would tell people she probably knew more about dressage than any rider or trainer I’ve met ❤️❤️ she never missed a lesson.

This weekends clinic will be her in honor. A way to remember her. The rides won’t be easy, as I know she will be missing. Forever sitting at center line, we love you peach 🍑.

International gold medalist, Nicole Harrington returns to Shawsay starting at 9am and running until late afternoon ❤️❤️ this Saturday, spectators are always welcome. We will have pizza and other refreshments!

Nicole will be returning to us May 11th for those interested in wanting to haul in and join us! Nicole has taken 4 horses through GP on her own…. She’s truly been amazing to work with always working off your horses natural talent and relaxation ❤️❤️ Come get some work done 💪💪 let’s reach those goals!!!
