Today my friend left this world. She was my mentor, my angel and my guide. She was my teacher, my foundation, my friend. She was family. My sister and a grandmother all in one.
Ann taught me West African Dagara medicine. We walked fire and tended fire together. We worked the land. I as an earth mother and her as a master water healer.
I can’t believe I had the honor to travel Peru and Costa Rica with her and with tremendous friends. Family for life!
Always herself; authentic.
I am at a loss with how to grieve that you are no longer with us on this plane. Ann,
will be missed more than words can express. I love you. I love. I love.
