We all know it’s a 💩 job- but someone’s gotta do it- and we’ll do it right here at Wagging Tails Pet Resort & Spaw!

The health and safety of all members of the Wagging Tails pack is top priority. In addition to proof of annual up to date vaccine requirements, we require proof of negative f***l tests every 6 months.

Worms 🪱 are 🤢 gross! Most can’t been seen without a microscope. So your dog may have them and you don’t even know. They can be transmitted as easily as your dog playing in your own backyard.

Some worms can even be transmitted from pets to humans. And while we may love to sleep with your pets (Our staff sleep with your pets) and while pets play closely together, prevention of any transmission by requiring proof of negative tests is essential for a healthy, safe environment.

For your convenience, Wagging Tails offers canine f***l testing services! If your pet’s vet exam results have expired,and it’s easier for you- just drop off your pets specimen at Wagging Tails OR

while your pooch is with us, we can collect the 💩 specimen for you you!

Our days are spent playing with, loving and picking up your dog’s poo already- so we’re happy to provide this convenient service.

Testing is done by the same labs most vet use and results are returned the next day!

First swim lesson for Otis! Contrary to what you might think, all dogs do not know how to swim! Pet safety includes being sure your dog can swim in case they fall in a water. Friday Night Dock Diving League Membership!

Indoor! Wagging Tails’ Friday Night Flight Crew & Flying Fur League Night is now open for membership! Come join a group of friendly, supportive, dog loving, dock diving enthusiasts for our League Nights! Held at Wagging Tails Pet Resort & Spaw 635 New Park Ave West Hartford, CT’s new, heated, indoor, 40’ dock and 40’ pool. All breeds, all sizes, jumping at any level, ages 4 months and older, from any dock diving organization, are invited to join. From newbies to experienced jumpers….all are welcome. We’ll meet for 2 hours or more, 2-3 Friday nights per month, for a total of 6 meetings. League nights are for FUN! We’ll practice with open dock time, and then we’ll have friendly competitions. We have Fetch It, Air Retrieve (whatever you want to call it) equipment, and will practice/learn other dock diving games besides just jumps. At the end of this round of 5 dates awards will go to most improved, best throw, best catch, and some other fun categories. Complimentary snacks for humans and hot beverages provided. Complimentary Indoor water fountain, dog bowls and towels also available. Plenty of seating and a heated pool. Friendly, welcoming environment. dates are Feb 2, 16, March 1, 15, 29. Dates are subject to change due to inclement weather, holidays, illness. If you can’t make it on Friday nights, we also have a Sunday FUNday league. We are also working to have fun League night competitions virtually with other indoor facilities across the U.S. League Night is $200 for 5 nights. This is a great way to practice and keep your dog in shape through the winter. Plus, it’s fun with friends and flying fur! Up to date rabies vaccine or veterinarian waiver are required for all dogs.
