Do you recognize this dog? Today, someone came to the dog park and started asking if anyone knew someone who could take it. As the dog began to play, the owner took off and left it abandoned in our park. The dog sprinted after the owner and was so upset. This is the second time this week this has happened. We cannot survive and continue to do what we do if dogs and animals keep being dumped. This is not the answer! We take dogs, but we have a system to protect our animals and the animal coming in. We only can handle so many animals because of space, funds and employees. Please help us find this owner and please stop dumping animals before we are one of the many shelters who have to close!
