It is a felony to use Ecollars in certain parts of Europe. You will go to PRISON if caught using one. It has been under attack for many years and the push is trying to make it's way here to the states. We must protect it.
I know many of you who have kept your dog out of the ground because of that tool. It has saved many lives, we cannot let the force free community ban the use of ecollars. Here is a study that was just completed that's a pretty good read.
