Hello, this time to make a fresh batch of my chop to share with you my friends.
This chop is more fruity than others so anyone who prefers fruit might enjoy it. I’m not a picky eater but a bit of change is nice.
So here comes the recipe for you all to enjoy😋
6 apricots (stones removed as they are toxic)
6 apples (cored)
3 peaches (stones removed)
3 plums (stones removed)
Handful of blackberries (added at the end)
Handful of red currents (added at the end)
2 carrots
3 chillies
4 florets of broccoli
4 florets of cauliflower
Approximately 150g curly kale
10 small radishes
A quarter of cucumber
A handful of peas (added at the end)
Approximately 100g fresh green beans
Approximately 50g porridge oats to ab

Hello my wonderful Hope you are all keeping well. We are hugely imbedded in your lives and due to our long life span, it can often mean we can outlive you. As my good friend wisely pointed out, it’s definitely worth to plan ahead for your loved feathered companions when you wouldn’t be there to be able take a proper care of them anymore. For that reason it is a good idea to include your birds in your will or set them as a gift to someone you trust (if you have someone who is willing to take care of them) Setting up a diary of our routines and a written detailed care plan will help to the next person to carry on as ‘normal’ with our care also. You could also record phrases in your voice as it might feel comforting for your bird. It is not possible to leave the bird any money and such pet inheritance tales are not true. But you can set up a pet trust (where you set an amount of money to trustee to use for your bird’s expenses) That way, if we are

Hello my dear
I run out of my chop on Friday so mum made a new batch today.
And because you are my friends I’m going to share with you today’s recipe I approved 😋
So he we go:
1 large sweet potato 🍠(cooked)
300g curly kale 🥬
2 large red bell peppers
1 chilli 🌶
1 large green bell pepper 🫑
2 small broccolis 🥦
1 large cauliflower
4 carrots 🥕
A bowl of french beans
A bowl of mixed vegetables defrosted
6 apples cored and seeds removed
Half of cucumber
4 handfuls of mixed seeds
10 chopped cashew nuts
4 handfuls of porridge oats
Handful of parsley
Cooked ancient grains (about 100g dry)
Sprinkled with some grated cuttlefish bone
Chopped all in a food processor and mixed.
Bag in single or double portions and freeze.
Take out of freezer and put in the fridge the night before you intent to feed. Mum heats the amount she’s going to feed me for about 5-10 seconds in microwave to take the chill out. Then stir and make sure it doesn’t have any hot spots.

Hello my fabulous
I hope you are all keeping well.
My human sister was really naughty today. I was sunning myself, soaking up vitamin D, when she disturbed me by putting a purple water balloon in my food bowl. I wasn’t sure what it was but I knew it’s not a huge purple grape as I’m not silly. I wasn’t happy though and run away from this fake looking grape.
Mum said it’s dangerous and removed it from my bowl. She gave me a strawberry to make me happy again but my day just wasn’t the same as before.
