I have been breeding mini dachshund for the last 17 years and don’t see stopping anytime soon. I love watching new families pick up there new puppy and starting the journey with them it’s a awesome feeling but these dogs I breed are also family when we retire a female she stay with us until her last days. I have a lost a few wiener dogs now but this one hurts the most Dixie was just winged of her last litter as we were going to retire her and she was going to get fat and lazy but unfortunately she gots a bad case of mastitis and passed away last Friday. I have struggled to post about this because she was my dog and this has been the hardest feeling in the world for me as I loved her like no other dachshund dog before. I always creat a personal bond with all my dachshund dogs but she was different. I love you baby and will always miss you. I know I’ve had a few buy one from her litters and watch my page if you could please post a piticure of your puppy in the comment field so I can I have one last joy of her as the last of her puppies went home today thank you.

We are expecting litter should come middle of June. They will be purebred but not papered. Mom Dixie mini long hair red brindle Dachshund weights 9.8lbs. Dad Charlie is a black and brown short hair mini Dachshund weights 12.8lbs. They have a had a litter before puppy’s are both long hair and short hair colors are chocolate, red, and black and brown.

5 days old and already getting bigger.

The puppies are here 4 girls and 1 boy all are EE cream so tiny mom did great started at 1am finished at 6 this morning.

Homey EE cream Male and Winter EE cream female are expecting there first litter due middle of March and puppy would be ready end of May. This is Winter’s first litter Both mom and dad are AKC and papered and Puppies will be AKC as well. Puppies should be EE cream but both carry the dapple so we will see.

We are expecting Dakota long hair female dapple mated with Toby a red hair with a white strip puppy’s should come second week of August and be ready to go home in early October more updates to come yeah.

I had to make the hardest decision last night and put down Daisy she had reinjured her back and lost all feelings in her back legs and having problems with her front ones as well. The doctor also confirmed she had cancer in her whole body. She was loved and lived a great life I love dogs and she truly loved everyone she met. I know she is in doggy heaven up their with Dallas and Blue love you girl you will be missed.
