HP Savannahs

HPSavannahs The Savannah cat breed is one of the newest and rarest cat breeds in the world. They've only been around sense the mid 80's. Not dangerous at all.

Savannah cats are the largest and arguably the smartest domestic cat breed in the world. They are a hybrid cat bred from a domestic cat to the African Serval. The African Serval is a HUGE cat. A direct cousin to the Cheetah, a full grown Serval weighs 40+ lbs, and is about the size of a small lab. Because of the higher % of Serval in the earlier generation F-1(50+% Serval)/and F-2 (25+% Serval),

Savannan's are typically the largest in size often appearing 2, to 2 1/2 times larger then a regular domestic house cat. Also thanks to the Serval. Early generation Savannah's Fur is extremely short with virtually no shedding!!! These cats LOVE playing Fetch, are easily leash trained, and because of a different equilibrium don't mind car rides to the store or even up to the lake for the weekend. Because of the African Servals incredibly well tempered disposition. The Savannah cat is an incredibly loving, loyal pet. This is why TICA was able to classify the Savannah a "domestic breed" making them one of the only hybrid animals legal in Utah. Here at HP Savannahs we breed for a higher % F-2. The perfect combination because you get the size, the look, and the playfulness of an F-1 with a disposition closer to a regular domestic house cat. We love our cats and will always put there happiness and well being above all else. We pride ourselves in having one of the cleanest, largest enclosures around for our cats. We are a small Cattery only 1 male and 1 female so we can give each cat the attention and love they deserve.

HP Savannahs has 1 Stunning higher % F2B Silver Male avaialble. He is both PKD negative and PRA Negative. This boy will be a stunner. When his serval baby fuz clears he will have a perfectly clear coat with a perfect serval pattern spotted all the way to his toes. He has LONG legs His face is gorgeous and his ears are big and nicely on top of his head. He is SUPER sweet and trusting, doesn't mind being held at all and SERVAL POUNCES! which is my favorite and not all do it. This little guy is very trusting, playful, and will be perfect in any home.
