At this location, we have all our surgery/dentistry, radiology (x-ray), CAT Scan machine, and in-house laboratory equipment. We have 6 exam rooms available to better serve our patients for annual/wellness exams as well as any sick/injured visits. All our doctors and staff rotate between the buildings, so just let our awesome customer care staff know if you have a location or doctor preference when you call to set up your next appointment.

Food and medications may also be picked up here, same as before. Our full service Hospital is located across the river at 180 Sagamore Parkway West, West Lafayette, IN 47906. At this location, we have all our surgery/dentistry, radiology (x-ray), CT unit, and in house laboratory equipment. We have 6 exam rooms available to better serve our patients for annual/wellness exams as well as any sick/injured visits.
