🐴 One stall just opened up at our home barn in West Linn/Lake Oswego, OR — small and private, only 4 stalls total, so your horse gets real individual attention.
The setup:
🌿 10x12 matted stall with seasonal run
🌿 Daily group turnout on grass (herd of 1 gelding + 2 mares), vinyl fencing
🌿 Turnout year-round, rain or shine — min 6 hrs/day, up to 10-12 in summer
🌿 Owner's grain + supplements 2x daily, Timothy hay 3x daily (alfalfa available)
🌿 Fly mask/spray as needed, blanket changes up to 2x/day
🌿 We hold for farrier, vet, bodywork & chiro
🌿 60x110 GGT/sand covered arena + perimeter warm-up rail
🌿 Use our dressage/jump trainer, or bring your own
🌿 Caring owner on-site, with more property updates coming
💵 Full board: $900/month — open to reduced board in exchange for barn work, for the right person.
This is our home, not a commercial facility, so your horse gets the same love and care ours do — just know there's no bathroom on-site, so you'll want to be a little sporty about it! No trailer parking available.
