We'd like to thank everyone for their outpouring of care and concern as the wildfires continue to burn in our area. Please know WE ARE SAFE. Currently, there are no horses at our farm. We are hesitant to let anyone come here just in case things change. Sussex County Fair Grounds is a safe haven to evacuate your horses to. We are here to help our community in any way that is safe....we have let the fire department know that should they need to pump water from our pond, they have our permission to do so.

Again, please let us know if we can HELP... our thoughts and prayers are with all that have been affected.

“Dibriooka” is a 16.1hh 2008 Imported WB mare

This incredible mare is the whole package. Having competed up to the 1.30m in Europe she has all the scope for the junior jumpers but easy and forgiving enough for a beginner. “Penny” has competed all over the east coast with a 10 year old gaining top ribbons at HITS Saugerties, WEF, GLEF, and Mid Atlantic Equitation Festival. Always game to try and win, she is super smart and will never put herself or her rider in trouble. Auto change and big step she can easily cross into the equitation ring as well. Great temperament on the ground and can be easily groomed or handled by even the most timid riders.

The whole Hidden Acres team had a great show at the Hampton Classic! Thank you to our team and everyone who made this week so successful for Hidden Acres.

Audrey Schulze and Famous-O were 3rd in the Medium Junior Jumper Classic. Audrey and her other mount Ce L’Artiste Z were 2nd in the WIHS Jumper phase!!
Hannah Jablons and Portofino Ramiro had great rounds in the Back on Track and the Children’s Hunters!
Naomi Dachis and Instant Gratification had great rounds in the Large Pony Hunters and Naomi and Real Time had great rounds in the Junior Hunters!!

This past weekend Hidden Acres competed at both Monmouth at the Team and at the Skidmore College Saratoga Horse Show and everyone had an awesome time! Thank you to our team and everyone who helped this past weekend be so successful for HAF!

Catching up.... a couple weeks ago some of the HAF team had a great time showing at the Kentucky Horse Park and Naomi Dachis and Instant Gratification went to pony finals!! Check out the pictures below for highlights!

Naomi Dachis and Instant Gratification had great ribbons in the Large Greens and Real Time and Naomi were 3rd O/F and 8th U/S in the 3’3” Juniors at the Kentucky Summer Classic. Naomi also competed in pony finals and won their section of the hack, taking 9th overall under saddle and 31st overall in the division!!

HAF had a great two weeks at HITS IV and V!! Thank you to our team and everyone who helped make these couple of weeks so successful for team HAF!

Hannah Jablons and Portofino Ramiro had successful trips in the Children’s both weeks!
Ellie Doyle and Afrojack had a great two weeks in the equitation and a successful “Equitation Tuesday”!
Emma Schweizer and RLE Sir Shutterbug had beautiful rounds in the Junior Hunters and in the equitation!
Ciara Cash piloted Penny around the .65cm expertly in her first show since doing the short stirrup!! We are so proud of her!

This most recent winter at WEF “Penny” received top ribbons in the low children’s jumpers with a 10 year old boy. Always game to try and win she is super smart and will never put herself or her rider in trouble. Auto change and big step she can easily cross into the equitation ring as well. Easy to handle on the ground and can be lead or trail ridden by the most timid riders without any spook or worry.

Ali McCann and Gorgeous George O had a wonderful weekend, as their last show as Ali heads to London for a year abroad soon🙁 We will miss Ali very much, but we are so happy this pair had a great last show together!

Hidden Acres Equestrian had such an amazing first circuit at Winter Equestrian Festival. Thank you to everyone who made this possible, our amazing trainers and team, and of course our fantastic grooms Manuel Diaz, Elvin Suazo, Geiner Fernandez, and Roberto for keeping our horses happy and healthy both down in Florida and at home!
Time for some R&R for the horses, then off to Princeton in a couple of weeks!

RLE Sir Shutterbug on their Champion in the 3’3 Junior Hunters their first time out in this division at the CJL horse-show.
They are now qualified for Junior Hunter Finals 2019!
I’m so proud of this team and how hard they have worked to get here. It has been a pleasure to coach and train this pair leading up to today’s win!
