Down time for the pups! They enjoy retrieving, chasing, carrying the stick around together, and playing in the water/mud on these hot days.

I've got a few that are staying with me and training for hunting/hunt tests. They are all such sweethearts, very intelligent, and thankfully don't bark alot.

The dad's lines are of the stocky British origin where they are bred for the quiet, calmer temperament required in the UK hunt test/hunting dogs. Mom is an American lab whose origins are from lines excelling in AKC Field Trial Tests. Both parents have a high drive, aim to please, calm sweet temperaments, soft mouths, and are highly intelligent.

Pups are 8 weeks old and some are still looking for their forever homes. From duck dog to family companion, these pups will definitely make great pets, hunters, or even service dogs.
They are clear on all genetic testing. They have had 1st shots, vet checked, dewormed, & heartworm meds.

Parents are trained duck dogs. High drive, soft mouth, excellent marking, quiet on the hunt, great family companions.

Easton was never force fetch trained. He started retrieving as a young pup and quickly learned to bring the bumper back to hand. But he has always been a natural at holding the bumper (duck.) When he did drop it, he was encouraged to pick it up and stay. After working, he would come inside and carry our socks around the house always bringing them to us. He has a strong desire to please and was easy to train. He will hold the duck until he is told "here" or "drop it." This is really important when holding a live duck.

He is steady on the hunt and won't break. He watches live ducks land and remains quiet. He is always hunting! #cypressbrakeretrievers #cypressbrakeoutdoors #duckdogs #waterfowlretrievers #duckhunting #gundog #goosehunting #duckseason

We believe the litter from this sire will be champion material; talented, driven, excellent marking, and both parents have a natural desire to hold for long periods. He is always hunting when in the field and never gives up on a retrieve. He would stay in the field all day if allowed.
