***Changes to Group Obedience Classes***
Some of you might have seen this announcement posted in the kennel, or even grabbed one of the pamphlets with more information. Unfortunately, we do have to change the announcement to say "coming this fall". With the extreme heat that we have already had this early in the summer, we have decided to push the group classes to the fall, and they will now be held in September and October. Since a lot of the training will be done outside, we have made this change for the safety of everyone involved. Anyone who has already expressed interest in the classes, has been contacted directly, but we wanted to make an announcement to others who may be interested, but haven't talked directly to us yet. Appreciation post for all of our two and four legged customers out there! Being voted the Daily Star Reader's Choice Best of the Best dog kennel and groomer is a huge honor! I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself as the new owner of Hillside Kennels. As Eva said, I graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with a degree in Canine Training and Management, and a double minor in Entrepreneurship and Management, while working for Eva here at Hillside Kennels. I have enjoyed getting to meet the people and dogs of Oneonta and the surrounding areas, and am truly honored that Eva picked me to continue building the legacy of Hillside Kennels, and am very grateful for her continued support. Leslie has decided to continue working here as the groomer, so keep on bringing in your pups to get groomed! I will also be adding training to the list of services offered here at the kennel, to put my degree to good use! I have already met many of you and your dogs, but feel free to call or stop by to meet me as the official owner! I look forward to the many more decades of Hillside Kennels!
