Double sibling play date with my puppy’s sire mom and owner of Jazpur’s sister Maple, Hope Pinkerton. Activities included brush wacking, wrestling, swimming, wing chasing, grass eating, rock climbing and it was an awesome way to spend the morning. Command “come here” was rehearsed at every chance. What a gifted bunch of Brits ❤️🐶🐶🐶🐶

Playing fetch at 8 weeks inside with their favorite stuffed animal is always how I’ve taught them to fetch. GOOD BOY!

This is the first sign of what I call “hooking a bird”. This is when they circle the bird or circle an area to flush a running bird back towards the guns. I’ve had several that naturally did it. With this one I will let him catch it a bunch when he circles like this to reinforce the behavior. Please stay tuned, follow and share.

Another reason for using a check chord.. you can’t teach them to hunt, so I pick a puppy who is the explorer of the litter. Check chords change in size and length as the pup grows and can be used for not only control but to slow down a pup in hunting situations. 👩🏻‍🌾🐶🐶
