Located conveniently on the corner of South 17 and 63 Highway, we at "the big red barn" are happy to routinely serve dogs and cats. All animals have different health needs as they grow and mature, so we at the Animal Clinic of West Plains emphasize preventive medicine to ensure that all animals enjoy the best health at every life stage. We also offer a full range of professional medical services,

including diagnostic testing and imaging (ultrasound, endoscopy, and x-rays), surgical and dental services for dogs and cats of all ages.

MOMO came to visit Dr. Buenger today for his annual exam and vaccines. He was dressed to the nines for Christmas! He is an Irish Wolfhound and weighs 165 #!! Merry Christmas

Shared with permission from the owner for knowledge and learning! Cricket is a young female cat with an injury of unknown origin! The tibia (shin bone) was broken near the ankle and dislocated {see xray}. Due to the length of time since the injury and a great outcome with surgical amputation, the fractured leg was removed today by Dr. Buenger! {See picture immediately after surgery} Cricket went home and is resting comfortably tonight!
