From Marcie's tiny one-woman grooming shop in downtown West Salem to employing nearly 70 individuals, primarily women, across multiple locations, Marcie's Pet Spa continues to grow!

After nearly two decades of business, we're finally able to build our dream facility, doubling in size to replace our current West Salem Spa, which we've long outgrown.

We are thrilled to announce we've purchased 6.8 acres on the La Crosse River while remaining in our amazing West Salem community.

This massive undertaking would have never been possible without the continued support, word of mouth, and loyalty from all our clients. Thank you to all of you; we hope you're as excited as we are!

Just having a quick face trim/clean-up can make a huge difference until your pup's next full groom.

*we do require that a face trim be scheduled ahead of time, rather than a walk-in appointment to ensure that our groomers have adequate time set aside*

Grooming dog of the week is Benji the 11 year old Yorkshire terrier!🐶 Benji has been a loyal client of ours for many years and is affectionately known as “turtle man” by our staff members🐢

The Yorkie is a widely known toy breed that
originated in the 19th century in England. Yorkshire terriers were bred for small vermin control and are famous for filling many roles in society- from being war heros in WW2 to being therapy dogs for veterans, the Yorkshire terrier always rises to the occasion! Yorkies have beautiful shiny hair that is classified as a “drop coat” meaning it lays flat against the body and has a straight and silky texture.

Benji sees his favorite groomer Rachel every 8-10 weeks for a short and manageable pet trim so he can play to his hearts content without all the maintenance! ✂️🛁🫧 We love you Benji!!!❤️💕
