We call this rooster Wilson, as in Wilson’s foot balls. He has that very peculiar brown color and to celebrate the foot ball season it was fitting.
Due to many cities not allowing roosters, we run into a lot of roosters by the end of summer. If you have room for these friends to give them a forever home reach out to our phone number!

Look at these heavy pigeons! They came from an elderly man that couldn’t take care of them any more. These breeds can weigh x2 more than a standard pigeon breed.

Let’s vote for a bird to be on the city counsel board! We had a wonderful presentation to our city council. We have been doing bird shows for school, library, or any educational activities in our area to support and establish a better relationship between people and the avian species. Thank you for all the support!

Will be at IFA in salt lake Feb 18 at 1170 West 2100 South from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and at the draper IFA on the 25th of February from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Please come and bring kids to visit the birds and other animals groups and have free lunch and an opportunity to donate to avian sanctuary.
We also need volunteers for the booths on those Saturdays if your available reach out. Thanks!

In SLC it’s been rain and snow mix. And it reminds the birds how much they enjoy there coops to hide under. We all need a roof over our heads no matter how small. Donations keep that roof over their head!

Merry Christmas! Hope this holiday brings some peace.
We got a call about this feather friend walking into a sweet persons home looking for food and water. When they found he was not able to be released they gave us a call.
Thank you to all the wonderful people out there caring for every life no matter how big or small. Your kindness is some thing that spreads and leaves an impact.
