We’d like to congratulate all of our riders who competed in the Chensego Hunter Association series this past season!
Special year end awards to our walk trot rider who was Reserve overall and to our beginner rider who placed fourth overall. Both of these girls competed on, new to them horses, for the season and grew tremendously as riders! We can’t wait for this season! ☀️

We are looking for reliable afternoon chore help. Ideal job for a highschool student.
Hours are 3:30pm-5:30pm. Tuesday And Thursday ONLY
This is temporary until about January!
Must be comfortable around horses as it requires handling horses from turnout.
Duties include:
Bringing horses inside 3:30
Throwing hay to horses
Watering horses
Sweeping barn aisle
feeding grain 5:00pm
Setting up grain for the next day

Huge shoutout to Sophie Root at The Blanket Babe for keeping me ready for blanket season! She washed waterproofed and repaired over 50 blankets for my crew this season and they look great!

Will be looking for PM chore help around mid November. Evening chores include but not limited to, bringing horses in from turn out, making sure all horses have hay and water. Sweeping and keeping certain areas clean. Graining horses and remaking grain for the AM shift.
Horse knowledge is a huge bonus but mostly a hard working individual who has their own motivation and doesn’t have to be supervised for the whole shift. Must have own transportation unless easy pick up from Mt Markham. Usually 3:30pm-5:45pm.
