Today is the Drake University 46th Annual Beautiful Bulldog Contest and the last day to donate toward Griff Gives Back! 🐾💙

Haven't donated yet and want to help us reach our goal in the final stretch of the campaign?

You can bring donations of adult dog and cat food to the Beautiful Bulldog Contest tonight at 6:00pm at the Knapp Center. Doors will open an hour early (5:00pm) for guests to enjoy the Rescue Dog Festival and Kids Zone before the pageant begins!

The heart of the Griff Gives Back campaign is right in the name... It's about giving back to our community and helping those struggling to meet the needs of their pets! Griff II, Bone-A-Patreat, and the Des Moines metro area are grateful for your generosity and kindness!

Happy National Pet Day!

While loving our pets is something we do every day, it's nice to dedicate a day to giving them a little extra appreciation (and maybe some extra treats 😉)! We love meeting your pets and celebrating them, too, so feel free to pay us a visit this weekend.

This holiday also aims to recognize shelter pets and those without a forever home. So whether you volunteer, donate to your local shelter, or just spread the word about adoption, we can all do our part to spread the love to animals everywhere!

All donated pet food goes to to help struggling pet owners in our own community. The Pet Project was founded with the belief that no one should have to lose their pet because of financial hardship, and they are working tirelessly to keep four-legged best friends with their families!
