I remember losing my little girl Noel and the intense heartache that came with it. I knew I wanted something very special to remember her💔 Shortly after this, I remember coming across an artist while visiting Savannah, GA. When I saw her work and spoke with her, I instantly knew she would be the one to help me memorialize my special girl 🩷

Therefore with that being said, I wanted to announce a new collaboration with her! 🥰

There will be an opportunity to order one when filling out our information and consent form! We will take care of all the ordering, just mark that you would like one and provide us a photo! 🥰

I just wanted to take a minute, now that the Holidays are over, and say a very sincere thank you to every family I have met along the way in 2024. I wish you could know how much you and your pet have touched my life ❤️ I can still go through and read the names of the pets I have helped and remember them and how grateful every single pet parent was. You guys have given me such great purpose and I’m truly honored to play a small part in the lives of you and your pets❤️❤️

I’m looking forward to 2025 and seeing how Final Journey Home grows and continues to serve pets and their devoted owners!

This can be a really tough time for many people for a variety of reasons. One of those being loss whether that’s a pet or a person ❤️ The holidays are always a busier time for veterinarians and we see an uptick in euthanasia’s during this time.

The loss of a pet can be one of the most devastating things a pet owner can experience. I’ve have been able to witness the most heartfelt and heartbreaking goodbyes over the years and experienced my own as well.

Just know if you are going through the holidays missing your best friend a little harder or are considering other difficult decisions, please know we understand and are here for you and willing help in anyway that we can ❤️

In honor of beautiful Kendra Sue ❤️❤️ She loved her daily walks with her sisters and sunbathing…. belly rubs…And her kong bones❤️And she even became a West Coast dog when she lived in WA for a couple years!

Winston was so loved by his family and thoroughly enjoyed his weekend trips camping! He also loved his peanut butter no bake cookies that he got to enjoy on a rare occasion, but got extra today ❤️. Rest easy Winston and go get those squirrels and run as fast as those little legs will take you 💖💖

We had a soggy but great time at the Dublin Pet Fair! We were able to meet a lot of new faces and even see some familiar ones! 🥰 We also added some names to our memory board which is always a sweet moment 💜 Thank you to everyone who took the time to stop by to say hi, especially in this weather!

We also have a WINNER of our drawing for a $50 gift card! The lucky winner was Cyrille! We will be contacting you shortly!

✨Saber✨ Saber's mom honored her by capturing their journey through these beautiful professional photos. Their three years together, largely spent side by side during Covid, created a deep and lasting impact, making their parting a testament to the bond that we share with our pets! May Saber's legacy remind us to embrace every moment with gratitude and enjoy every second we get with our pets! 💜❤️

We had a great time at the Westerville 4th Friday event this weekend! We got to meet a lot of people and we loved seeing some familiar faces who came to visit their pets picture on our table! It was also so heart warming to see people sign their pets name on our memory board ❤️💜 We are so grateful to serve the community in this capacity and appreciate everyone who stopped by! 🥰

Thanks to Outdoor Oasis for the tshirts! They can do multiple colors, sizes and even worked with my logo to see what looked best! Highly recommend them for a small business needing marketing apparel!
