I just wanted to take a minute and say Happy 20th Anniversary to my husband Scott.

Without this man in my life supporting me, this business would not exist to server so many amazing clients.

He is alway by my side willing to help provide visits after he works his job so we can off care to so many people with as little turn away as possible.

Thank you for making this dream come true for me.

WOW!!! Today is a special day for me. I can’t believe it has been 5 years since I decided to take a jump and start my own business.

Starting this adventure has been a dream. It’s brought so many amazing people and pets into our lives.

We can’t thank you all enough for allowing us to care for your pets, for all the recommendations to your friends and family, and for being part of our family. You all are truly amazing.

We can’t wait to see what the years ahead bring for us.

Microchip Helpful Tip:

One more very helpful tip for those who have their pets microchipped!!

It is such a great idea and so helpful for your pets to be microchipped in case they get away.

However there have been many reports where pet owners have asked their vet to scan their pets microchip and the chip could not be found where it should be.

In some of the pets the chip had just moved to a different part of the body and in some of the pets they could not find the chip at all.

I would suggest that at least once a year have your vet double check your pets chip.

I just read an interesting warning on one of pet sitter pages and I want to share it with all of you.

SNOW GLOBE WARNING:

Many of us love snow globs and keep them out all year long. Please be careful where you have them sitting so that your pets don’t knock them over and break them open.

Many snow globes have glycol in them. Glycol is an antifreeze that is used to keep the the glass from breaking if the snow globe were to freeze.

Antifreeze has a sweet smell to it which makes your pets want to lick it up.

Antifreeze is very poisonous to animals and there is a small window to get them to a vet to be treated.
