A HUGE and very special thank you to all who joined us at WRC Annual Games Day today!
We had some fantastic entries and appreciate everyone choosing to spend their day with us!

We will post division championships tomorrow for day end awards and have our members year end awards sheet updated within the next week!

We are very thankful for all of our volunteers and staff who help with everything from filling up water cups to moving equipment and running the shows. THANK YOU 💜

Also a very special thank you to all of our exhibitors, families, friends and supporters who continue to join us at our horse show events! We are so excited to plan for a 2026 show season!

Please keep an eye out for a survey/poll to see what types of events you all would like to see us at Westfield Riding Club offer!

Thank you to Wandering Waffles as well for serving up delicious food, Ice cream floats & snacks!

🚨Hello to all of our Westfield Riding Club friends! 🚨

🎊A few notes today for our Games Day on Sunday August 10th:

☀️Gates will open at 7:00am, check in opens at 7:30am and the show will start at 9:00am SHARP. If you are in the first classes- barrel race- please be ready by the in gate area.
We hope to have volunteers to go in for their runs but if not- we will call for numbers!

🧇 Wandering Waffles is our food vendor for the day! We will post their menus on the page. They have breakfast, sandwiches, waffles, snacks, coffee/drinks & ice cream 🍦

✅ online entry will close tonight 8/8/25 at 8:00 pm for post entries. Post entry forms are available Sunday morning. If you have any anticipated class changes, please private message us so we can get them into our system ahead of time & save you time Sunday morning!

🚗 Vehicles not attached to trailers will NOT be allowed to park next to trailers. This is anticipated to be a large event and we need to be sure our equines have space to be tied/unload safely. Cars can park on the grass next to our clubhouse or in the designated area marked next to the arena. Cars are NOT allowed to park on Fowler Road.

🐶 As much as we love our furry friends, no dogs or non equine animals are allowed at the show. Please plan ahead and leave them safe & comfy at home 🏠

🐴 We have a couple vendors who will have tack/horse supplies for sale, stop by to check out their selections up next to the announcers stand

🤩 Please remember Westfield Riding Club is a family friendly environment! We support all equine individuals and promote a safe, fun and friendly environment. Any unsportsmanlike conduct may result in being excused from the show. No refunds or exceptions.

🛑 There is NO smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed at the show.

🗑️ We have trash cans set up around the grounds- please pick up after yourselves & remove all trash & manure from your trailer area prior to leaving.

😍We have a really nice selection of prizes for the winners at the show! Reminder that day end championships are only awarded to those who compete in all classes within their division!

🍬 Charity candy race is available for youth & adults! We welcome in hand and Leadline to enter both of these classes as well!
