We are aware that chewy is telling clients we are refusing to provide online approval and you need to pick up a written prescription and mail it in. THIS IS NOT TRUE. If you request a medication appropriate for your pet, we will approve it. If we are out of the office it can take a few days. If we decline your prescription and you are in our client database we will call you and tell you why.
We don’t know why chewy isn’t playin nice. But it’s not us.
Example attached of what they are sending clients.

Make sure [email protected] is in your approved senders box so your pets reminders and blood results don’t end up in the junk folder.
Not sure if we have your email? Drop us a quick note! [email protected]. Don’t forget to tell us your name if it’s not obvious in your email address:)

We are aware we are having phone issues. We are in process of switching to a new system to avoid the ongoing problem.
If you have trouble reaching us, you can also text at 716-272-1131

We are having issues with Chewy pharmacy losing prescription approvals. If we declined your Rx request, we will have contacted you. We won’t use their portal because they want to interface with our software. We will email and fax approve them , but they keep losing the approvals. I honestly do not have time to reapprove every prescription six times because chewy can’t get their act together.
They are also bombing our email with dozens of identical requests. We are very close to blocking their number, which means we will approve NONE OF THEM.

If you want your pets medications on time, please order from someone else. We are having no issues with 1800Petmeds, Allivet.com etc

Kittens! We rescued a stray pregnant kitty in August who had kittens. Meet Dex (orange male kitten purple collar), Torb (orange make kitten blue collar) and Keta (tiger male).
Six weeks old. Feline leukemia/FIV negative. Will be neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped.
They are not ready for adoption yet, but if you are interested and would like to meet them, call or message us.
Dex is a little bit odd… his response times are slower and he stumbles occasionally. He is a huge love bug though.
There is no specific adoption fee, we ask a donation be made to Westfield Stray Cat Rescue.

We are seeking blood donors to be on call for emergency situations with our patients. We need both cat and dog. Donors must be between 2 and 7 years old, healthy, and of larger size.
Donors are not paid but receive free screening bloodwork annually and lots of treats and love.
If interested, post below and we will contact you.
Thank you !
ETA…. We will be contacting everyone. Just swamped right now with sick pets, give us a few days! Thank you all
