This guy has beautiful colors & markings, is an avid hunter, and full of s***k! We raised him up from a baby here at the shop and he is about a year old. Leopard geckos are a great choice for those just getting into reptiles, or are looking for a fairly low maintenance pet with lots of personality! Average life expectancy for a leopard gecko is 15 years.

As of right now there have sadly not been anymore reported possible or confirmed sightings in the Wells/North Berwick/Ogunquit area. 😔

I will be going back up to Maine tomorrow to pick up once of the cages I set up for Duckie as squirrels have seemed to have hijacked the trap and are causing mess for the very nice resident who offered their property as a place to set up a Duckie cage on Marginal Way.

‼️If anyone knows of another place in Ogunquit, Maine near Marginal Way that I could set up a cage for Duckie, please contact me via messenger or through txt at 617-221-6288 with your name, address and permission to set up a cage on your property. Worst case, I just set up another cage outside of my house in MA in the rare case Duckie somehow flies home.🤞🏻

1. Printing & Hanging Flyers around your neighborhood & town even if Duckie has not been sighted there. You never know who is passing through or knows someone else who may know something. Even just sharing Duckie’s post on social media.

2. Trying to get a new station to pick up Duckie's story so we can try and spread more awareness. Even just getting big social media platforms/accounts to share Duckie’s story.��

6. Donate to Duckie's GoFundMe to help fund her search efforts and help fund the creation of solutions that can be used to help future lost animals (specifically birds) and their humans. If there's one thing thats become abundantly clear, its the lack of resources and protocol for people with lost birds, how many lost animals there are currently just even in the area still missing (which is so sad), and the lack of resources to help reach communities and people who aren't on social media. Every dollar helps and I will also be posting a GoFundMe Update to what the money the donors have generously given has gone to so far.

Carlisle Rd will be open from the the large set of lights to Liberty way, just past the shop. If you are coming from the other direction, you may be detoured a bit due to tree work happening next week. Sorry for any inconveniences…

Starting on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, there will be a detour put in place for Carlisle Road between Littleton Road and Old Lowell Road. Carlisle Road will be closed to thru traffic between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for the removal of multiple large trees that pose a hazard to the electrical lines. To remove the trees, the contractor will be utilizing a crane which will be taking up the width of the roadway and preventing traffic from passing by. There will be a tree taken down around 17 Carlisle Road, along with multiple trees between 58 and 62 Carlisle Road (where the X is on the map). Multiple police officers will be assigned to the road closure and to assist residents in accessing their homes, and for employees of the various businesses on Carlisle Road and Lyberty Way to go to and from work. Patrons of the various businesses on Carlisle Road will be allowed to access the establishments but depending on where the contractor is working for the day, will depend on how the patrons and residents will have to enter onto Carlisle Road.

The contactor has placed multiple electronic sign boards on and around Carlisle Road to provide notice of the impending detour and will be placing ample signage along the detour route (Littleton Road to Powers Road to Concord Road to Old Lowell Road.) This detour will only be taking place for when the work is being done and the road will be reopened for thru traffic at the completion of each day. The contractor expects the work to be completed by Friday (July 12, 2024) but possibly sooner.

We will be closed tomorrow as Nicole is headed to New York to pick up 5 European Teddywidders coming in from The Netherlands for her personal rabbitry.🐰🎊 Stay tuned for updates, waiting lists for babies will be opening soon and we are happy to answer any questions in the mean time! The rabbitry will be located at home, outside of the shop, but there will be rotating bunnies at the shop for you guys to visit and babies to meet soon!
