“Charlie” the beautiful mini Aussie came through the 3 week program to learn calmness, manners in the home and respect towards people and her older doggie sister! Her trainer worked with her family to set some boundaries in the home until “Charlie” had impulse control. Boundaries are not forever, just until we can show them better choices!! 🤗

This sweet little girl is “Mazy” and she came to us to gain confidence in her everyday life! She made amazing progress in the short time she was with us. “Mazy” learned to ignore the unknown and focus on the new found obedience!

“Ziggy” a 2 1/2 year old husky came in needing help with leash walking, building confidence and listening when squirrels are around. Her trainer worked on getting her basics down so she had the foundation to build on when facing new and bigger obstacles. We start in low distractions and slowly bring them to bigger and bigger distractions, before “Ziggy” knew she was walking around Stonehaus like a pro even with squirrels jumping around the trees!

“Rocket” (right) a 6 month old came to learn basics so her parents could take her everywhere and have a rock solid foundation. “Dodger” (left) a 2 1/2 year old a alumni and brother came back in “Rockets” third week so their trainer could teach them to walk together at a heel without bugging each other as siblings tend to do! It was then showed to their owners so they could walk them and keep up the good training at home!

“Pippin” an almost 2 year old Boston terrier came in looking for help with his reactivity towards dogs and people and some door manners. His trainer worked hard with his owner to build a plan that worked best for them to create the best outcome. By the end of 3 weeks his owner was able to have a peaceful walk where he didn’t pull her down the street or bark at every person and dog. She had the confidence that if she opened the door he now had the impulse control to wait until he was given permission to go out the door and if he did get out that door his owner could call him back to her so “Pippin” earned more freedom!

“Pumpkin” a 2 year old chihuahua mix came to us wanting help with anxiety and building confidence. Her trainer worked hard with the family to show them just how to do that. They are now able to walk her with the confidence that she can handle more stressful situations without her being stressed!

“Zuma” a 6 month old mini bernadoodle, came in looking for help with door bolting and having her listen without needing treats! After further investigation we learned she demand barked for attention and expected to say “hi” to everyone! We taught “Zuma” impulse control and to put those unwanted behaviors into new wanted better behaviors. We then went on to show her parents how to take the new behaviors and apply them to situations that fit their lifestyle.
