MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Meet Sweet Gypsy Rose! This little firecracker first walked through our doors in July of 2024, completing 67 reservations since. SGR is the light of her mom's life, and we are so fortunate to be part of their weekly routine. One of our foremost choir leaders, Sweet Gypsy Rose loves to serenade small group with her soulful melodies, and occasionally asks to speak to a manager if she isn't completely satisfied with her experience. It's been a tough week for us at PetSuites Westlake. On Monday we learned that Lily - our sweet, silly boxer girl - passed over the Rainbow Bridge just shy of her 12th birthday. Lily first came to us in July of 2023 and completed 144 reservations, many of those multiple night stays as her Dad traveled for business.

We were honored to be her home away from home and happily made special accommodations for her as her health began to decline in the past year: our Trainer and Pros created smaller playgroups so she could still get in zoomies with her besties, without all of the youthful energy of Large Group; we also made sure she had a suite-sized yoga mat to create more traction for her increasingly unsteady legs. As with all our guests, we loved her like she was our own pet, this just stings a little more as she was here so often.

Rest easy, sweet Lily. We loved you so.

Look at my smile! 🐶😁 February is National Pet Dental Health Month, and there’s more to a healthy smile than meets the eye! Here are some tips to keep my teeth (and breath!) in top shape:

1️⃣ Brush Regularly: Brushing 2–3 times a week helps remove plaque and keeps my gums healthy.
2️⃣ Dental Treats & Toys: Chewing on dental treats and toys can reduce buildup and keep me entertained!
3️⃣ Routine Checks: A quick peek at my gums and teeth can catch signs of trouble early on.
4️⃣ Professional Cleaning: Regular cleanings keep my teeth healthy and shining for the long run!
