Meet Lucy a 3 year old SWEET Goldendoodle .
Lucy is currently at The Pet Hospital of Willoughby . She is getting spayed . She has been very withdrawn and needs a very quiet place to rest her head .
People need to understand she came from a PUPPY MILL .
She has never been
*in a house
* Seen a Tv
* Been out of a barn
* seen a vacuum
* seen grass
* many have never had a drink out of a bowl ( the mills use water bottles ) like for a a rabbit

LUCY needs TLC , patience, love and respect and TIME .
She will need someone who can dedicate themselves to giving her space . Yet be ready to give love and support.

Hiring:
Looking to hire someone who wants a few hours for extra cash. Job would be good for a student or somebody looking to get out the house.
Job consists of cashing out clients, cleaning, taking dogs to go potty. Hours vary anywhere from 9am to 5pm depending on days needed but I am flexible. Must love dogs of all breeds and sizes. Contact Trina 440/385/7062

Morning looks like it’s going to be another beautiful day out take your pets for a walk and enjoy!
Here is an update on hours of operation; We will no longer be open Saturdays. For those who already have future appointments we will honor those appointments so no worries we will not cancel appointments already scheduled. For future appointments our hours as follows;
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
If you work and need a later appointment please ask I will be flexible during the week .

Why will be be closed Saturdays? Well, simple I’ve been grooming over 15 years always worked Saturdays. My shop open 5 years working Saturdays. So it’s time to enjoy some me time. Might sound selfish but I believe I’ve earned it. Thank you for your understanding and loyalty.

FYI:
We have a new procedure for dropping off your pets for their grooming appointments. We posted a sign on the front entrance but have had multiple clients that choose to ignore it, read half of it or don’t read it at all.
Please drop and pick your pets up at the Boutique entrance. We can hear you as well as see you when you enter through the door even if we are not standing there. Be patient, do not come over to the other side and knock on the door or window, just give us a few minutes we will be over. If we need assistance with your pets trust me we will have you come over to help.
Why did we change our procedures?
We feel it’s safer for the dogs and clients. We have noticed clients reaching over the gate to pet dogs they have never met which could lead to a dog getting nervous and biting. Plus, the dogs start jumping on the gate as soon as someone walks in. The dogs also get over stimulated with excitement which can lead to dogs getting on each other’s nerves or dog fight’s. We are simply trying to make a safer environment for all. Please be patient with us we are not trying to hide anything or keep you from your pets .

A Brush Above Is No Longer Grooming Cats. We choose to not groom cats due to the risk of getting bit, due to , the environment is cage free and we now have doggy daycare which makes it difficult to groom cats while dogs are playing.

Hello fans! we will be closed on Monday April 8th due to the Eclipse. We will open on Tuesday April 9th. We know traffic will be crazy and for an experience to see the eclipse whether it’s sunny or cloudy that day. Make sure your pets are safe and prepared! The experience will be great! 🌑

Yes we have Boarding!
Your babies will get personal attention because we don’t over populate making it a loud uncontrollable atmosphere for your pets . They get multiple walks throughout they’re stay with us and get to play. They are not cooped up in a kennel all day. Last call for potty at the end of the day is 11pm other kennels leave around 7pm and don’t return till open the next day. We have cameras to monitor your pet while they sleep.
Boarding for medium to big dogs $30 a night and small to medium $24 a night.
Give us a call and ask us we are here for your fur babies!

A Brush Above would like to say thank you for all the support and loyalty you have shown us by talking us up to your friends, neighbors and family. Now it's our turn to say thank you.

Next time you refer a friend, neighbor or family member make sure they know to give us your full name when they come in for their appointment. This is important because we will put the clients full name that you referred to us in your file.
Once those clients come in for an appointment you will be eligible for 15% on your next grooming appointment. So keep referring your friends, neighbors and family. You could save a little money but still give your pet a great experience and awesome groom.

Basic steps for a good newsletter

Step 1: Audience and Topic
The first thing you should do is consider your audience and pick a topic that will connect with them. Something personal and relevant to your business is always good.

Step 2: Proofreading
Next, make sure your content is accurate. If you’re discussing a particular topic, don’t be afraid to reference your sources. It builds credibility with your audience. Behold: TATER TOT! This sweet little nugget has one of the most adorable grins at the kennel. He's new around here, but he's been charming people left and right with his sweet, affectionate personality and of course, his big earnest smile. Tater Tot enjoys cuddles and affection, but also likes to get moving on walks. He has moments of excitement but with a little time to get out his yayas, he's a pretty mild-mannered pup with decent leash manners. He also knows how to sit and seems housebroken. He was also playfully social meeting dogs in play group. At just around 40 lbs, Tater Tot is a compact spud of a pup. He is estimated to be around 2 years old.
