If you're in for an appointment and experience a longer than expected wait time, we truly apologize; FLEAS ARE TO BLAME! If an exam room held a pet with fleas we must treat the room before another pet can go into that exam room. This room treatment can cause up to a 20 minute delay in being able to use the room again. We have seen a sharp increase in the amount of pets coming in with fleas over the last couple of weeks, on some days they've been back to back tying up multiple exam rooms at the same time. Prevention is key! Call us today if your pet needs their monthly preventative.

It's no surprise that we love our feline friends here at GVH and we happen to know about an amazing rescue that goes above and beyond to help save countless cats and kittens. Help them by considering adoption or fostering. Tomorrow they will be at Petsmart in Walled Lake from 10am to 2pm, hoping to find some well deserving beauties a new furever home.
