Marlie is a 3 pound bundle of love. If you like a dog you can carry around and who will cuddle up with you Marlie is the one! She is a 6 year old Yorkie who loves to wear clothes and be held. She has no teeth so her little tongue hangs out which makes her so adorable! Because she is toothless she will need a good quality soft food like Fresh Pet, which she loves. She is doing well with her potty habits as long as you take her out every 2-3 hours. She sleeps through the night in our bed. Marlie ignores our 2 dogs. She was just groomed and looks adorable! Introducing Ido…. (Pronounced e-dough)

He is 18 months old and he weighs 12.5 pounds.

His foster Mom describes him as a cheeky scamp. He was found wandering the streets of Harrisburg, PA. Ido is full of energy and loves to play with other dogs. His ideal home has a doggie playmate for him to run around with. He adores people too and can’t get enough of rolling around on his foster mom's lap. He even likes taking naps beside her. He is cat-friendly and loves to go for walks.

Ido is an overall happy-go-lucky little guy!

He is fully vetted and ready to play.

Ido is fostered in Felton PA.

Two months—that’s how long 10-year-old Ridgely has been waiting for a family to choose him, and we truly don’t understand why. This snuggly senior boy still has plenty of pep in his step for playtime and zoomies, but he can’t say no to a long, sunbeam drenched nap on the couch.

Ridgely arrived at BARCS through our partnership with Baltimore City Animal Control. Despite his past, he’s a super easygoing pup and has an underbite that’s bound to make you squeal with delight. When he’s happy, Ridgely does a delightful little butt wiggle dance. He loves meeting new people and pups, too!

More than anything, Ridgely is looking to be someone’s companion: to cuddle on the couch, take naps together and share snacks. This sweet boy truly enjoys the simple life.

Ridgely would prefer a home with older children who can understand his body language. He does well with the resident dog in his foster home. We are unsure if he’s ever interacted with a cat, but our adoption team would be delighted to teach you how to safely introduce them.
