I'm a week late in sharing, but goodness did these kiddos have a great time at PaSRBA last weekend! Both competing in the youth contests on Friday and showing their rabbits on Saturday and Sunday!

New Zealands:
Hudson won BOB in Youth Show B with his 6/8 doe HH59 and Ava won BOV Broken with her broken black Nightlight.

Netherland Dwarf: Hudson won BOV & BOG in both Youth Shows A & B with his new chestnut jr buck named Acorn

Dwarf Hotot:
Gwen won BOSB in Youth Shows B & C, along with BOSB in the Dwarf Hotot Specialty show on Sunday with Hare Hotel's G16

Rex:
Addie won BOV lynx with her young jr. buck Trump (no contest) in youth show's A, B, & C
Emaline won BOV red (no contest) with her red buck Wade in youth show's A, B, & C, as well as BOV red in the Open specialty show where she did have competition... needless to say she was thrilled! She also won BOSB in Youth Show C :).

Blue Holicer:
Emerson won BOSB in Youth Show B with her junior doe Marshmallow and was absolutely thrilled. She also sold one of her Blue Holicer babies to another youth breeder, so was pretty excited about that too :).

These aren’t our rabbits, but we’re assisting a friend who, due to life circumstances, needs to find a new home for her beautiful trio of Holland Lops.

She just purchased them this fall, and they’ve been lovingly handled and spoiled with a very comfy, bougie lifestyle 🥰. She’s hoping to find them a great home where they’ll continue to be well cared for.

This trio would make a fantastic start for a 4-H’er! All are show quality and come with pedigrees:

Solid black torts: both are does.
Broken black tort: buck.

Ohhh my goodness this girl deserves an award! Forgive her slightly frumpy appearance, she was just (as in 30 seconds before this photo) weaned off of a litter of 12 BABIES... YES, 12. And she raised them all so beautifully. Not one died, and really they were all about the same size. And CLEAN! This girl is SUCH a good momma!!!! She's been handled a lot since she was a baby, so she also has a wonderful disposition. Just culling down our broken castors so she's looking to join someone else's herd.

Definitely has been a favorite in the barn and handled a lot. He's got a wonderful temperament. We like this guy, Ava just has way too many bucks in the barn. Weighed him today and he's 11lbs.

First up, this beautiful Black New Zealand, 2-year-old herd buck from the Lowe's. Ava affectionately gave him the barn name of Midnight. He's served her program really well! Moving him along to help someone else and make room for baby growouts. Weighed him today, and he's 10lbs 10oz.
