Please welcome, Oak Tree Farm’s StandUpStraight aka Sus. Her father is Vino Rosso and grandfather is Curlin. She just did not want to race unlike her father and grandfather. Standing 16.1 hands at 2 years old, she has a bright future ahead of her in the hunter ring! 😍

Please welcome, Bernie! As we “stole” Jessica Lindsey’s heart horse to have a forever home with us at just 7 year’s old! We cannot wait to see his future here at Oak Tree Farm - he will be going each and every way possible (western, english, hunters/jumpers, and so much more). ❤️

Welcome to Oak Tree Farm, Little Luca aka “Smores”! Annabelle Harring has had a dream of starting her own off the track thoroughbred… Of course Mike Keech was not going to say NO 🥹 This little girl has worked very hard the past few weeks earning her own money and learning the key to training OTTB’s - PATIENCE AND GRACE. We are so excited to get Smores start and watching them grow as a team. CONGRATULATIONS! ❤️

Beautiful day at Blue Crab Horse Shows! Hindenburg took himself around the ring like it was his job with two different riders. PLENTY of ribbons with some beautiful rides! Hindi is coming along beautifully! 🥰

The 2023 TIP Performance Awards are in from the Jockey Club!
A Farewell Yodel won 3rd place in the OTTB Green Category (last raced 2023) throughout the entire United States. His last race was July. Points can be earned until December 1. He earned enough points to move his way up the ladder quickly, landing himself in 3rd place with only 5 months worth of placings in the horse shows.

Oak Tree Farm competed in the 2024 Upperville C**t & Horse Show.

A Farewell Yodel and Dats Dats Dats competed in very large classes, great competition, and even walked away with ribbons! Mike Keech could not be more proud of his two girls at the oldest horse show in America. Upperville holds a very high standard, in Mike’s opinion - one of the hardest horse shows every year, watching these very green horses compete was an amazing view.

Our silly goober is growing up 🥹

🌟 Dats Dats Dats aka Steele competed in St Timothy’s horse show last weekend. He competed in the 2’ and the 2’3” classes. It was a new environment, new jumps, and lots of waiting. He went in there showing how cool he was and walked out with ribbons in all his classes. For a 3 year old off the track he sure is thriving very quickly 🥰 Congratulations to both Steele and Khloe!

Great weekend full of horse shows!

🌟 Started Saturday morning at McDonogh with A Farewell Yodel and Georgia, he placed very well in large classes. He is finally learning what slow and steady means!

Thank you High Fields Farm LLC for the perfect start of the show season on Sunday! Not only was it a beautiful day with great weather, we had amazing riders and a beautiful show ground!

🌟 Hindenburg competed at his second horse show of the year. Only 4 weeks from his last race, he is acclimating perfectly to this new life. He placed really good in the class against some really well trained horses. We couldn’t be happier!

🌟 Jim Dandy and Madison had some beautiful rides and conquered a lot during the show that they have been working on throughout the year. Congratulations you two and you earned some beautiful ribbons!

It is ALWAYS great showing with Wild Springs Farm and spending the day with the team. They had some beautiful rides. Sarah’s students jumped right in and helped us and it is truly appreciated! ❤️
