Welcome ✨Kiddo✨
Kiddo is a 2.5 year old GSD mix here for 6 weeks to work on basic/advanced obedience, confidence building, handling drills to be able to safely handle her- I.e. taking her gear off/on and basic veterinary routine care, and learning how to coexist peacefully with cats in the home. Her parents drove her to us all the way from Huntsville, Alabama! How awesome! Make sure you stay tune in our stories to watch her grow and develop over these next six weeks! 😍✨

Sandy is a young Heinz 57 mix, mainly herding breeds, here for a plethora of things. Confidence building, fear reactivity, sound sensitivity to just about everything, resource guarding & basic/advanced obedience. She’ll be here for 6 weeks blossoming into a well rounded girl! Looking to hire a PART time kennel tech!

Hours would be approximately 15ish weekly to start.

Must be able to:

Lift 50 pounds(moving items for cleaning)
Pass background check
18 years old minimum
Passionate about animals
Be okay with cameras on property
Open availability in terms of certain weeks I may need someone certain days with it changing each week.
Have reliable transportation to get here on time

Position entails:
Lots of cleaning
Scooping yard
Bathing dogs if needed
Walks/rotations
Supervising playtime(I will train someone to read body language etc)
Playing with the dogs

This position has the opportunity to grow into a training position in the future if desired & I feel it’s a good fit.
I’m now growing at a rate it’s hard to do alone, & I want to prevent burn out. If I bring someone on that can help with day to day tasks, we can collectively help more dogs in Tennessee!

Welcome ✨ Mia ✨
Mia is Bruno‘s housemate who I trained a couple years ago. Another Aussie, my literal favorite breed to train, actually any herding breed is 🤪🤣
She’s here for three weeks to focus on confidence building, general manners, exposure, work, and introduction to basic obedience! She’ll be back once she’s a little bit older and more mature to work on her advanced concepts! I love when clients get a second dog & return for training 🫶🏻
She’s already warming up so make sure to watch her progress in our stories! 🎉

Welcome ✨Nola ✨
This spicy 12 week old, itty bitty frenchie/Boston mix is here for our puppy jumpstart program! Over the course of her stay she’ll learn: potty/crate manners, intro to obedience, being exposed to stressful situations to help her learn how to process stress effectively etc! She was a referral from a previous client- remember about our referral program! New clients save money & YOU get a free night of boarding to use in the calendar year(can redeem up to 7 in one stay) if they sign up for training with us! What a cool thing right!

I mean what a better way to start off 2025! Cheers to another year of helping dogs & their owners!!

Tux & Tiger at this morning! 🎄 🎁 🔔
Tiger only has a few short days left with us. I’m so proud of how far he has come in 6 weeks. He’s met so many strangers with no issues! Once he’s been back home for a bit & adjusted back to his mom’s routine, we’ll continue conquering stranger greetings in hopes of removing the muzzle one day! His confidence has grown tenfold! We’ll sure miss him! 🫶🏻

Sequoia and Tiger hanging out watching the Vols game today!

This was hands down the most challenging obstacle for Tiger thus far. Was he perfect, no. Did he trust me? Yes. Did he let strangers touch him on HIS terms, yes!!

While I don’t think this type of environment will be his go to activity, he handled it well!
