Through our foster - adoption program we provide food, medical, transport, toys and love to animals in need. Our animals are retired research animals, shelter dogs or owner surrender dogs. Sanctuary Fund
We fund

raise for sanctuaries who provide for the rehabilite, home or rehome animals retired from use in research and related fields. Student Outreach
We enable kids from kindergarten to college and seniors who are looking to be of service the opportunity to learn, care and help the cause of animals. We fundraise by accepting donations through our website www.peace4paws.org as well as by organizing various events such as yoga, music, animal, health, or art centered to raise those much needed funds for our programs.

Meet Brinda, a sweet and resilient 5-6 year-old Boxer mix who’s ready for a fresh start in a forever home. At 46 pounds, Brinda is a gentle, loving soul who’s faced some tough times in the past, including being at risk for euthanasia and enduring the pain of being chained, which led to the loss of her top teeth. But none of that has dimmed her spirit—she’s an absolute gem, full of love, affection, and resilience.
Brinda has quickly adapted to her foster home, where she’s shown her affectionate, loyal nature. She’s housebroken, crate-trained, and knows basic commands like sit. Big week for saving lives!! Rescue from NJ, FL, MS & KY this week:

21 Precious Lives Being Saved this week (and many adoptions already). So, this week four local chihuahua came in on an urgent and are already in foster or adopted. Simba, Marley, Bella, Ziggy. One gray pit named Bud came in from FL and to his pre-approved forever family and is doing great! Four sweeties arrived via truck from Mississippi this morning met by our loving drivers and volunteers (see photo).

And 12 from KY come in tomorrow through East Coast Paws Transport Group. specifically for Peace4Paws on Sunday, Dec 22!

Many rescues will be helping with the 83 dog KY transport (not just Peace4Paws).

Here is the beautiful note from the extremely diligent, meticulous and caring KY transport director Rose Ann Geller sent to all of us rescues this am.

"Our last transport of 2024 is upon us and we are almost ready to put this year in the rear view mirror. We will be moving 83 Passengers on to better futures and possibly some permanent homes for the holidays.
Thanks to each of you for making a difference for these precious souls during this busy time of year. You are truly their "Christmas Miracle."

We have a few new volunteers. Please give them a warm welcome if you see them. And give them help, if needed.

Our next transport is scheduled for January 11 & 12, 2025. If you're available that weekend, we sure could use your help! "

His current foster is traveling for the holidays, so yesterday was her last day with him. She says: “Can anyone foster this cute little boy, Simba? He’s such a sweetie. He’s no bother and friendly with everyone. He’s more like a big cat than a dog lol His sibling is going to her adopter today and he’d be so scared in boarding.”
