This combo just keeps getting better with age. Love the perfect line where the white from the sugar gene coming through.

We believe this is a Spotnose Sugar Firely. Possible super pastel. Time will tell as she will eventually become a breeder here.

Here’s a fun little display of genetics. These three animals all came from the same clutch of eggs. A simple understanding of genetics you can see how the genes work together. The genes we are working with here are recessive genes meaning an animal needs to carry 2 copies of the gene (one from each parent) to visually express the gene.

1️⃣ Lavender Albino is the first gene which gives the snake the Yellow albino appearance with red eyes.

2️⃣ Pied is the second gene which gives the snake the high white body with blotches of pattern throughout.

3️⃣ Lavender Albino Pied (Dreamsicle) is the combination of lavender albino and Pied in the same animal.

Each of the first two animals carry 1 copy of each gene they are not expressing because the parents were visuals on either side.

Clowning around with some future breeders. This year will be the year of the clown. Got a handful of pairings planned for next season with these guys and I cant wait to produce some more visual Clowns.

Been busy with work the last couple weeks but we are back into the swing of things. All the animals have been checked and tubs cleaned.
