As the summer months roll in, it's the perfect time to enjoy the outdoors with your furry friends! 🌞🐶🐱 But did you know that many lawn care, plant care, and pest repellant products can be extremely toxic and deadly to pets?

🔍 Always Check the Labels!
Before using any outdoor chemicals, make sure to read the back of the labels for warnings about pet safety. Look out for common harmful ingredients like:
🌱Fertilizers containing bone meal, blood meal, or iron
🌿Herbicides like glyphosate
🌱Insecticides, including organophosphates and carbamates
🌿Mulch made from cocoa bean shells

🐕 Keep Your Pets Safe:
🌱Store all chemicals out of reach of pets.
🌿Allow treated areas to dry completely before allowing your pets to access them.
🌱Use pet-safe alternatives whenever possible.
🌿Rinse off your pets' paws after they've been outside.
