She assembled many adoption kits for dogs, cats and bunnies to be handed out to new adopters! Sorry for the post delay! 😻 at our last Mall Mingle dog adoption event on 8/4 we invited our new PAWSOME Kids Club to participate! It was so much fun having them join us to learn more about rescue work…the adoption process! During events we also include can shakes to help with puppy and kitty care which is always needed (and appreciated 🐶😻). The club members that were available that day were ABSOLUTELY PAWSOME! (Two of them actually adopted their furever friends during the event! One puppy one kitty!) Congratulations! And great job to our PAWSOME Kids! 🙌😻🐶

UPDATE!!! We are sooo excited for our sweet Ivanna!! Her birthday wish came true! 🥳🥰She was adopted today by one of our wonderful staff members Daniel! She is already settled in, cuddling and purring up a storm!! Happy life sweet furbaby!🥰🥰

EHR had such a fun event Friday night at our Roxbury location! The Paw-jama Party was a great success! 🙌🐶
Besides fun with friends…humans and furbabies (and yes! All in pajamas!)… we had 7 adoptions! So thankful these pups found furever homes ❤️
It was also a first offsite event for our new PAWSOME Kids Club for ages 7-11! So happy that some of you could attend!🙌

This Saturday at 330 Garden State Comic Fest will be hosting their charity art auction in the Lake Placid Room at Mennen Arena. This could not happen without the incredible donations made by the creators that help make this event so special. With Nikkol Jelenic Art , Darryl Banks, Keith Williams , Andy Smith, Tom Mandrake , Joe Staton, Tom Smith, and Graham Nolan already donating this may be the best auction to date as we are sure many more will donate as well. As an added bonus over the year GSCF has had many banners signed by celebrity guests and this year we are cracking open the vault and putting these into the auction as well. All proceeds go towards Eleventh Hour Rescue Cat Adoption Center and The Inkwells.

A great way to kick off the weekend!!!
Spending time with these amazing young people on Friday night at the cattery! Many thanks to Pack #147 (Bear and Wolfs) and an additional Girl Scout ❤️ for collecting much needed donations for the rescue and coming to meet our kitties, making cat toys and learning about rescue work! We had so much fun! Foster kitten Ellie had a good nights sleep after all the attention she received!
Many thanks to volunteer Amy for bringing her pup Sky for a visit! The children loved visiting with our furbabies!🥰😻🐶

We will begin our new young volunteer rescue club in June! If you are 7-11 years old and have a passion for learning about puppy and kitty rescue, this club is for you! We had a WONDERFUL TIME yesterday at the cattery with this group of amazing young people!! 🙌🥰
Suzanne Wertman, teacher at the Bernardsville Middle School, scheduled a Field trip for her “Random Acts of Kindness Club” to visit the Rescue! They had prepared a school wide donation collection drive for Eleventh Hour and surprisingly delivered 350 items off of our Wish List to support our furbabies!!😻🐶🥰
We can’t thank you enough for your generosity ❤️❤️
The children brought a bag lunch, toured the Rescue, visited our resident kitties for adoption, made cat toys and learned about Rescue Work and volunteering ❤️ Foster kitten Ellie made a surprise visit and the children had a lesson about kitten care ❤️😻🥰
The 2 1/2 hour visit went by so fast and we enjoyed every minute of it!
Ivanna, one of our kitties, felt like Queen for a Day and says “Thank you!” 😻❤️

We had an adorable group of young people from 2 Daisy Troops come to visit the rescue yesterday! They all came excited to learn about cat care, made cat toys and visited with our kitties!😻🥰 Many Thanks to Troop #98902 and Troop #98903 for the much needed donations from our Wishlist! We appreciate you!

We wish to THANK AND CELEBRATE this wonderful Girl Scout Troop #97748 for their achievement of earning their Bronze Award this past Sunday!🙌🙌🥳🥰😻🐶 For several months these thirteen young people have dedicated many hours supporting Eleventh Hour Rescue! Can shakes, cage blanket making, cat toy making, learning about Rescue work etc. They even collected additional donations from their cookie sales!! We received a check for $613.00 for the care of all the furbabies!! We all enjoyed your visits and time spent together at the cattery. We can’t thank you enough for your support! CONGRATULATIONS on earning your BRONZE AWARD!

WHAT A WONDERFUL AND GENEROUS SURPRISE! 🙌😻🥳 We received a phone call from Manheim NY Metro Skyline Auctions in Fairfield letting us know that they had a bake sale and raised money to donate to EHR! I had the pleasure of meeting with Lourdes and her coworkers for a photo op and was presented with a box containing $1,446.00 and a beautiful mock check personally created by Lourdes! 🥰😻 We can not thank you enough! This donation will be put to good use for the care of all of our furbabies! 🥳😻🐶🐰🥰
Manheim NY Metro Skyline shows their love for kitties everyday by caring for a group of feral cats that live on their property. It truly takes a village 🥰😻

The girls have just completed their tasks to earn their Bronze Award after working tirelessly for Eleventh Hour Rescue! We can’t thank you enough for all the support, hardwork, and love for animals you have given these past few months! The cage blankets are wonderful and the cats love them as well as all the toys you have made for them!😻🙌❤️
Thank you for donating your time collecting much needed donations and selling your Girl Scout cookies giving a percentage back to our Rescue! (They even braved one of our coldest days of the month to sit outside Petco promoting EHR while selling their delicious cookies 🍪 🥶)
