Because while we’re celebrating, many pets are stressing.

Fireworks, BBQs, and hot weather can make July 4th overwhelming—and even dangerous—for our furry friends. Here’s how to help keep them safe and calm:

🎆 Keep Pets Indoors During Fireworks
Even confident pets can panic when fireworks start. Loud noises, flashes, and vibrations can trigger anxiety or cause them to bolt. Keep them inside, and turn on a fan, TV, or soft music to help muffle the sound.

🏷️ Double-Check ID Tags and Microchips
More pets go missing on July 4th than any other day. Make sure your pet’s ID tags are current, and if they’re microchipped, ensure your contact info is up to date.

🔥 Keep Cookout Food Out of Reach
Bones, onions, chocolate, alcohol, and skewers—holiday cookouts can be full of hidden dangers. Keep an eye on what’s being dropped or offered under the table.

☀️ Watch the Heat
If you’re outside earlier in the day, make sure your pet has access to shade, fresh water, and breaks from the heat. Hot pavement can burn paw pads quickly.

💊 Prepare Calming Support if Needed
Whether it’s a calming spray, anxiety wrap, or just a quiet cuddle zone, know what helps your pet feel safest—and prepare it in advance.

🐾 Price Adjustment Starting July 1st 🛁✂️

Hi MeowWoof Pack,

I want to be completely transparent with you all—because you and your pets are the heart of everything I do. Starting July 1st, there will be a small adjustment in pricing on some of our grooming services.

This change is due to new tariffs on imported grooming products, including the high-quality Iv San Bernard products I use every day to care for your pets’ skin, coats, and overall comfort. These products are gentle, therapeutic, and make a real difference—and I refuse to switch to cheaper alternatives that won’t meet the same standard.

To continue offering your pets the level of care they deserve, baths and nail services will be adjusted by $5–10, and haircuts may adjust slightly depending on coat type and condition.

I deeply appreciate your trust and support, and I promise this decision was not made lightly. This small adjustment helps ensure I can continue to offer top-tier products, a calm environment, and attentive, loving care at every appointment.
