-The Lilly Nest is located in East Tennessee, White Pine, outside of Knoxville.
-All babies will be well socialized and working on litter training.
-Baby bunnies will go home with pedigree & a transition bag of pellets.

nies can leave no sooner than 8 weeks. A day or two fluctuating is fine due to the adopter's schedule.
-We keep a wait list. It will be a 10$ fee to insure you want on it! I will contact everybody on the wait list at 4 weeks once we can specify gender. Wait list is a first come first serve upon approval. You have 24 hours to respond and leave a deposit, otherwise bunnies will be put up for sale to the public at 8-12 weeks of age.
-We do our absolute very best to guarantee gender to the best of our ability, but mistakes CAN happen..
- A non-refundable deposit of half the price of the bunny is required to reserve and hold your bunny. For deposits we accept payment through Venmo, facebook pay, cashapp or cash. Bunny MUST be paid in full at time of pick up.
- If you decide not to get your bunny for any reason, whether you've changed your mind about purchasing a bunny, or if you found something else, the deposit will NOT be refunded. A deposit will only be refunded if something happens to your bunny in our care. If you decide you want a different bunny than the one you've previously chosen, a new deposit must be taken. This takes away from other adopters who may have wanted the bunny you had originally put a deposit down for.
-We’re a small, closed rabbitry. On occasion we will do pick ups at our residence, but can also meet in a destined location.
-(IN THE WORKS) Transport options are available if you’re from out of state! Please contact me for recommendations.
- Bunnies need to be picked up no later than one week past their ready date. Any bunny picked up later than one week will be an additional $5 per day for board and food purposes. Once baby hits 5.5 Months it will be kept here at the nest.
-To the best of our knowledge, our bunnies are healthy upon leaving. Please look over your bunny when picking up. We’re not responsible for any vet bills that may accrue after leaving our rabbitry.
-The Lilly nest raises Holland Lops. In addition we raise Angoras(in the works) GoldenDoodles, Negerian dwarf goats, Kunekune pigs(in the works) as well as Guinea pigs.
-The Lilly Nest maintains first right of refusal on pedigreed rabbits, meaning before a Lilly Nest rabbit is resold it must be offered to us first with the option to buy it back at the price you received for it.
-Lilly Nest rabbits are never to be surrendered to any animal shelter or humane society and must be returned to us unless other suitable arrangements are agreed upon. No refunds will be given but we will assure proper steps are taken to adequately care for the animal.
