Still in need of foster for these sweet little babies!
🐾 We Need Your Help: Foster Wanted 🐾
A stray mama cat and her five babies recently came into our shelter. This sweet girl has done an incredible job keeping her kittens safe, loved, and fed while surviving on the streets. She gave everything she had to make sure her babies were cared for.
Now, she needs a little help.
While we normally prefer to keep kittens with their mother as long as possible, this mama is exhausted and depleted from the tremendous effort it took to raise her family outside. To give her the chance to recover, regain her strength, and continue being the wonderful cat she is, we are looking for a foster home for her five kittens.
These little ones are what we lovingly call "mush babies." They have started drinking water on their own and are eating wet food mixed with formula. They are not full bottle babies, but they do need someone who can keep a close eye on them, make sure their food is always available, and ensure they are eating well. There is also the possibility that some supplemental bottle feeding may be needed if they need a little extra support.
