**Update! Both dogs have found their new forever homes! (One with us🤣)

So not our typical type of post, but hoping one of our peeps might be able to help!

Sunday night, on our way home from the Westside, Ethan came across these two ladies hanging out on the side of the road. When he headed to town the next morning, they were still there... he saw them again yesterday morning and fed them, then again on his was home. He then fed and watered them since they haven't left the spot, we can only assume they were dumped at. Its been terribly hot lately, and these poor girls weren't going to make it much longer waiting for their owners to come back and get them. He came home and told me about them, and of course, we hopped in the car and grabbed them.
We gave them a safe spot to be for the time being but need to find them a foster home as we have our allotted amount k-9's. If anyone is willing to foster them, please let me know, or if you know of a rescue that would be willing to take them in. They are good with kids, didn't seem to mind the other animals much but definitely young dogs who need a good home, attention and a bit of training. I would say they are both under a year old.
**I will be working on getting them to a vet to see if they have microchips**

FRIENDLY REMINDER
Now that we are onto the dry, hot season, please try to make a wet spot for your horses to stand in at least a couple days prior to your appointment. This will help make your horses hooves easier to trim 😊 our arms and backs will appreciate it!!
