7 dogs tested and 7 awesome teams passed the CGCA (Canine Good Citizen Advanced) today at Great Companions!
Congrats to Lori and Gabby, Stacy and Kai, Deb and Isie, Pete and Dax, Ali and Parfait, Kailly and Lili, and Ali and Rufus.
And a big thanks to Kailly Muthard for organizing and testing!

Some fun classes coming up:
INTRO TO SCENT WORK: Saturday July 27 at 10:45am. Find out how fun it is for your dog to find things with his nose!
INTRO TO RALLY: Friday August 2 at 11:30am. This is a great next step after Foundations. It helps to solidify the manners skills and is a blend of obedience and agility in that you follow a course and do what the signs tell you to do. Really great for building teamwork.
FOUNDATIONS: Friday August 2 at 10am. The basic manners class that starts it all! Open to any dog over 16 weeks.

League Season is coming up!!!!

C-WAGS Rally League:
Saturday mornings September 14, 21 and 28
Including 2 runs of Zoom1 and Starter, and one run each of Zoom 1.5, Advanced, Zoom2 and Pro.

C-WAGS Scent League:
Saturday mornings October 12, 19 and November 2
Including one run each of Level 1,2,3 and 4, and Ranger 1, 2 and 3.

The Premium list will be out in a few days!

Our very popular class, "Jumping and Pulling, Oh My!" is starting up again on Thursday July 11 at 6pm.
It's the class everyone needs....especially you, if your dog is jumping on people and counters, and pulling on the leash.

The Tricks! class starts on Saturday, June 1 at 10:45am.

Here at Great Companions, we follow the AKC Tricks program. They have a list of tricks you can learn, and we go over them all, plus you can make up your own tricks.

Most students are able to test for the TN title (Tricks Novice) halfway through the class, and sometimes we even get our Intermediate titles!

It's a fun way to spend a special hour with your best friend!
