I was a Vet Tech with Dr. Kilbane in Evansville, IN for many years so you can feel safe while your pet is with me. Dog Days is a quiet, cage free, full service grooming salon and boarding facility. Grooming is by appointment only. Doggie Day care is also an option for those of you needing to leave your dog for the day. Dog Days Lodge is unlike any other boarding facility around Owensboro. The Lodg

e is located just 3.5 miles from the Spa in Whitesville. I offer runs that allow your dog to go outside or stay inside our temperature controlled kennel at their leisure. The boarding dogs have 3/4 of an acre fenced in so they are able to run and play 2 - 3 times a day! I can guarantee your dog will enjoy their staycation while you are away on your vacation. Hello all! Starting January 1, 2025 there will be a price increase for some clients.

Grooms are now starting at $60.00 instead of $55.00 plus the 6% tax so if you have been paying $58.30 you will now pay $63.60.
Unfortunately every form of payment will have the 6% tax added to the total including cash.

Services such as mud baths, deshed treatments, specialty shampoos/conditioners, nail caps, scissor grooms, severe matting or extra dirty dogs will have an increase as well. These increases will be individually based.

Our Story

Here at Dog Days your pet will be treated like one of our own. I was a Vet Tech with Dr. Kilbane in Evansville, IN for many years so you can feel safe while your pet is here with us. Dog Days has a full grooming salon, boarding and doggie day care. I also make house calls for those of you that would rather let your pet stay at home while you are away. Dog Days is a by appointment only salon which is available for grooming Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 5:00. We only take in a select few dogs per day to keep your pooches experience as low key and fun as possible. Doggie day care is also an option as well if you would like to leave your baby for the day. Your pet will be able to run and play or just hang out with me inside for the day. Many references available upon request. If you have any other questions, please call, text or email me anytime.
