UPDATE - I'm sorry to say she died. She was barely breathing when we picked her up. It was a female cat around 3 years old. She was not chipped. We don't know what happened to her. RIP poor baby.

Toast is a very special cat. He was left at the shelter in a crate standing in his f***s & urine. He was holding his paw up and looked so defeated. Toast is a case of abuse. We were able to track down the person who left him at the shelter and we were told the “ex” kicked him and broke his back leg last year. The police did get involved. Toast has gone through hell. Sometimes he is startled by things such as seeing a broom when sweeping near his cage (which we do very cautiously). His eyes dilate and he gets a little agitated and backs away. We leave him alone and he calms down and is back to his loving self. How horribly was he treated to cause him such stress? The ideal home for Toast would be low key where he would be the only pet and receive all the attention and love he deserves. You need to understand he has been abused and sometimes he may react in fear. He is very sweet and loves to be petted. Toast is 10 years old. We really need to get him a home where he can feel secure and loved. Please share.

We don't have room and we are doing our best to get these babies into rescues and foster homes. Without your support we wouldn't be able to do what we do. Thank you!

ENZO!!! He's a typical talkative and charming husky. Enzo will need a fenced-in yard since they love to run and play. Please research the breed as they are not for everyone. I'm on my fourth husky and I love their stubborn little personalities lol. Please share.

ZOE!!! Zoe has been so stressed out being at the shelter. She was in a home for 4 years and her owner returned her. One reason was they got a dog and they didn't get along... Now Zoe gets to sit in a cage and wonder what she did wrong. We're hoping she continues to relax and be less stressed. Zoe needs a FOREVER home. Please share.

FELIZ!!! I was off of work for four months and this is when I walked in my office and saw Feliz for the first time... I missed this brat lol. Feliz typically bonds with one person and is very affectionate. He likes to be petted by others then he'll playfully nip and run lol. He's quite the character. Feliz needs a quiet home otherwise I would take him home. He has cystitis which can flare up when stressed. It's been months since he had an episode. Doesn't anyone one want a cat with a loving and quirky personality? Please share.

We are open 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays and by appointment during the week.

If you rent, we need a copy of lease stating you can have pets. If you own, we need documentation showing you own. Please bring a cat carrier to bring your new cat home.
