Cats In Need Whittier is located inside PetSmart Whittier, and adoption hours are Sat & Sun 12-5:00 PM. Adoption hours - By appointment only during the week
We have a wonderful group of volunteers who work tirelessly to help these kitties get adopted, whether it be fostering, manning the adoption weekends, running errands, or working behind the scenes, it’s never enough to say “we need you!” Please consider volunteering: we need fosters, volunteers to clean the adoption center, feed and socialize with the kitties, working on grants / donations, food or supply donations, or helping during the adoption events. Each kitty has his/her own personality, but will come with up-to-date vaccinations, microchipped, spayed or neutered. Nail trimming is free. Adoption fees vary and your donation is tax deductible. Fees charges are to cover basic care, food, spay / neutering, vaccinations, FeLV/FIV Testing, Microchipping, and vet care cost. We are nonpaid volunteers and rely solely on donations and adoption fees. Potential adopters are to complete an adoption form and we will determine if you and your desired cat are a good match.
