I hope you've all been well! Just checking in to let all of you know that Kat has joined Petco for the time being and starts this week. You are able to request her and if one on one is needed, you are able to book a vip session 🖤

long long post ahead here.
I have an incredibly heart breaking announcement.

It is with an incredibly heavy heart, that I must announce the closing of KatDog. I am unable to stay open past this week, and I absolutely loath it being on such short notice.
I won't go into too much detail on why, but it is a absolute must as things continue to change in my life.
Firstly, This has been an AMAZING experience that I hold dear to me, to have been able to earn your confidence and be trusted with your pups. They all mean the WORLD to me, and I see them return that love everyday.
ALL of you mean the world to me. You've shown me incredible patience and support, some of you have fed me, we've cried together, laughed together, and mourned losses together. You are all incredibly important to me and I cannot thank any of you enough for the grace and love you've all shown.

As alot of you know, transparency is my policy in everything, so I will at least give you my vaugest reason.
Financially I can no longer stay afloat. Repairs on the building have stacked. Help is hard to find, and expensive. Support wise, I have myself and it takes a village to keep such a small business afloat.

That all being said... This is not the end. I will make a post soon once I know where I'll be grooming, however I do fully intend to re open once I am in a better place 🖤 I love all of you and your pups too much to ever set this down permanently.

I have to thank you all again, none of this could've happened without your support and our mutual adoration for dogs!
You all have my deepest regret and apologies. I do it all for you.

Its Kat! I promise I'm trying to get caught up on messages, calls, and texts. Over the course of my time off and being sick, there's over 200 for me to reply to 🥹❤️ it's a blessing and a curse and I am a bit overwhelmed!

Kat went down with the flu after her week off, so she's pretty behind on getting back to all the calls and messages missed! Thank you for your patience as she does her best to catch up between clients!

Kat came back from her vacation with some kind of something- she's taking this day to rest and all business will resume as normal tomorrow! We thank you for the grace of this break and everyone's patience🧡

Good afternoon! ☀️ We will be closed 7/3-7/8 to enjoy some time off! 💕 Kat & Alyssa will both be away from the salon, but we'll be back on 7/9 & resume normal business hours! 🐶 If we haven't responded to your message, call, or text just yet, we will get back with you, just please be patient with us! 🐾 Kat is also currently booking into late August/early September with her grooming appointments & Alyssa is booking into late July/Early August with her bathing/deshedding appointments. ✨ Appointments are filling quick, so get with us to ensure you have an appointment for your pup(s)! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Have a great 4th of July weekend & stay safe everyone!! 🎇🎆🧨

Good morning Kat Dog family. ☀️ This is Alyssa, I'm the receptionist for Kat here at Kat Dog, Kat woke up this morning to quite a scare with her elderly dog. We will be attempting to take him to PETS this AM for an emergency visit. We have contacted our early appointments this morning, we will keep everyone updated, & will contact other appointments as needed, if needed. Please send Kat all the positive vibes at this time.
