Gigi wouldn't let me get a good photo of her because she thinks she's grown and can go where she wants, but would anyone be able to foster a young kitten for us? She's eating some wet food, some milk.

Thats a wrap for this years Texoma Gives. We will get our totals tomorrow. I'd just like to say a heartfelt thank you to all who donated today and in the years past. You made a huge difference in our mission to save as many as possible. So give yourselves a hug from me and all the dogs, cats, horses, goats, guinea pigs, birds cows and pigs. We appreciate you!

Because they can't ask for help, but we can.

At our shelter, every tail wag and gentle purr tells a story—some of unimaginable pain, others of miraculous second chances. But none of them would be possible without compassionate supporters like you.

Take Freedom, for example.
He was found locked inside a dark closet—skin and bones, nearly starved to death. For months, he had no one. No light. No food. No kindness. Just silence and fear. When we rescued him, he was too weak to stand, too broken to trust. But with time, love, and care, he found the strength to wag his tail again. Today, he’s thriving in a forever home that he never dared dream of.

But Freedom isn't alone.

We also saved 428 animals from a pet shop where neglect was the norm—cramped cages, filthy water, and silent suffering. It was one of the largest rescue missions we've ever undertaken, and we didn’t hesitate for a second. Because they needed us.

Just a few weeks later, we answered another urgent call: 17 dogs left to die at a place called “The Bone Yard.” Abandoned, starving, forgotten.

Every rescue is a race against time—and a cry for help.

We can’t do this alone.
Each medical bill, each warm bed, each nourishing meal is only possible because of people like you. Donations are the lifeline that allows us to say "yes" when the call comes in—no matter how late, no matter how hard.

Please, will you give today?
No amount is too small. Every dollar helps us turn fear into freedom, suffering into safety, and trauma into trust.
