Meet Dorothy! ❤️

Dorothy is a 9 year old chihuahua looking for her fur-ever home at the Humane Society. As you can tell from her pictures, this sweet senior only has one thing on her mind- where she’s going to take her next nap 😴 Dorothy has traded in her wild hairs for grey ones and wants to live out her golden years in a home she can call her own. She gets along great with other pups and even cats! 😍 She’s the perfect peaceful, potty trained, low energy couch potato 🥰 If you’re looking for a well behaved little dog to keep you warm while you watch your favorite show, Dorothy is perfect for you!

This would typically be the day where we would introduce our Day of Play kiddo from the Humane Society of Wichita County but Cinnamon Roll actually got adopted as soon as we returned from her day of fun! 🥳

Here’s what her post would have said:

Meet Cinnamon Roll! 💛

Cinnamon Roll is a 3 year old Chi/JRT mix looking for her fur-ever home at the Humane Society. This girl is as sweet and delightful as her name 🥰 She loves other pups, toys, and treats! We’re pretty sure Cinnamon Roll thinks she’s a kangaroo or a bird, because she spends more time in the air than on the ground 😂 It’s a good thing her legs are so short or she’d spring all the way up to the moon! Athlete that she is, Cinnamon Roll had a blast easily clearing the hurdles on the agility course and catching toys midair. She’s soft, sweet, and smells so good after her spa service- she really lives up to her name! ❤️ We think this little lady would jump for joy in just about any home!

Meet Maverick! ❤️

Maverick is a 2 year old retriever looking for his fur-ever home at the humane society. Just look at that gorgeous red coat! 😍 Not only is Maverick stunning to look at, he’s also SO MUCH FUN 🤩 This adorable goofball kept us laughing all day with his silly, sweet personality. Have you ever heard the phrase “The lights are on, but no one’s home.” Well, that’s Maverick! 😂 He had the time of his life playing his little heart out with our Big Actives playgroup today, and even became best friends with the black pittie you see in his photos 🥰 We think Maverick would be the perfect playmate to add to a home of energetic pups 🐕 He’s great for car rides, baths, and with other playful pups! Maverick truly is as gorgeous on the inside as he is on the outside.

Meet Winston! 🩶

Winston is an 8 year old hound mix looking for his fur-ever home at the Humane Society. This distinguished gentleman is young at heart with plenty of get up and go! Just look how he aced the agility course 🤩 Winston was a very good boy for his ride to the resort and loved his pamper session in the spa 💆‍♂️ He looked and felt years younger after he was all squeaky clean. We were blown away by how soft his coat is! He loves to sit for treats, and often gets his lips stuck on his teeth while waiting for them 😂 True to his hound dog nature, Winston loves to bay when he’s excited! 🥰 If you’ve been looking for a karaoke partner, he’s your guy 🎤 Winston does well with other dogs, but can be very flirty 😘 so a meet and greet would be advised if you have other pups. Winston knows that life begins at retirement, and is ready to go on fun adventures, play the field, and eat lots of yummy food! 😋
