Today has been a really hard day, we took our 13 year old German Shepard mix to the vet today to learn that his lungs are full of cancer 💔 we brought him home to say our goodbyes but we know it will be soon that he will leave us.
We lost his sister almost 2 years ago and were able to cremate her and do all the special things to remember her by. That helped my daughter a lot with learning to cope with her loss. While this was/is amazing, it’s very expensive, so I’m going to do a waffle with multiple prizes to help raise funds for it.
I will be setting it all up in the next few days but please give us some grace if I don’t respond right away. I’m thinking a pullet/hen and some eggs!

I need yall to pray for us in Texas. It’s 110 here with a heat index of 120 and our babies are dying. Healthy hens, roosters, and grow outs are being found dead out of nowhere because of this horrible heat.
I’ve given watermelon, fresh water, and puddles for them to lay in. I can’t do much else besides bring 100+ chickens inside and that’s not possible right now.
So, pray for our hearts and sanity as we deal with this crazy weather. 💔🐓
