Feeling Thankful
I can’t begin to express how much this meal meant tonight!!!

Everything was absolutely delicious!!!
The fish was cooked just right, steak was melt in your mouth perfect, and these mashed potatoes had me wanting more, with a side of grilled asparagus!! Then desert was smooth creamy dark chocolate ganache 🍫❤️ 🙌🏻

Thank you Chef Jeff for the take home dinners
after a long day and tonight’s deliveries, we sat down and enjoyed every bite!

The crispy french fries with carne asada, Mexican cheese, pico topped with micro cilantro 🌱🤌🏻 These guys don’t monkey around with portion size and flavor, super filling and soooo good!!

Smokey Cheese Crips Appetizers

Ingredients
2 cups grated cheddar
1 cup grated parmesan
1/2 tsp grated smoked paprika
2oz Micogreens
Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar
Dash w/ Sea Salt

Instructions
PREHEAT a non-stick pan medium-high
IN bowl TOSS shredded cheeses together with paprika until well combined.
Scoop 1/4-cup portions onto pan and cook until golden and crisp, approximately 5 min.
Remove crisps and immediately drape over the back of a wooden spoon or over mini cup (that is turned upside down) for 10 sec; they will firm up as they curl.
Repeat with remaining cheese mixture.
Then add your favorite Microgreens from
ICT Urban Greens, drizzled with your favorite Balsamic Vinaigrette and a pinch of sea salt.

Go visit our friends at Viva La Olive for some wonderful Balsamic and Oils.
Try the BlackBerry Ginger Dark Balsamic and the also have a fabulous Blood Orange Olive Oil. 🧀❤️🌱
