Delicious + easy dinner

Healthy option that’s rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids.

Micro cilantro is a nutrient-rich food source, packed with vitamins (A, B, C, E, K), minerals (calcium, iron, potassium, zinc, phosphorus), and antioxidants like beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin

1 lb fresh tuna steak, finely diced
1 avocado, diced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 small shallot, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste

(optional) Sesame seeds for garnish
Siracha
Wonton chips or toasted baguette slices for serving
