Shout out to Niche Bistro Team for fantastic lunch stop!! 🙌🏻🥣👩🏻‍🍳
I had to try the student special this week. It was fried sage risotto balls on pumpkin puree🤌🏻 they were delicious‼️
My hubby gets the never fail smash burger is da bomb, with perfect fries and their funky sauce is a must for dipping!!!

I can’t say enough great things about the entire team at Niche. Our Wichita food scene is gaining some amazingly talented new chefs from this program.

🗣️I want to give a huge shout out && thank everyone that took time out of their busy day to cast your vote for ICT Urban Greens this past Friday during the Wichita StartUp small business competition.
I received to most votes 🗳️ 🥰
Your votes allowed me to the opportunity to advance into 6 finalists and stand up on stage to pitch my small business.

• adding dense nutrition to your meals
•flavorful 🌱💥
•locally grown 365 days a year

Though I did not win (I would have put the 💲 into commercial refrigerator and operations/ system improvements)
Great connections made, along with cheering on other Wichita small businesses!!

I wanted to encourage everyone to keep supporting local and sourcing local‼️
When your restaurant is buying from local growers it is fresher than big box trucks.
The big box stores will survive without your 💲 but our local businesses will not.
