As we approach our 4-year milestone, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of our amazing customers—both new and familiar. We’re beyond thankful for your continued support, and we truly appreciate all the referrals that have helped our business grow. It’s because of you that we stay so busy, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

That being said, we want to let everyone know that we do our best to manage our schedule and make appointments in a way that allows us to get all the fur babies in and out on time. However, we also want to kindly remind everyone that we have a strict policy regarding lateness. Unfortunately, we cannot accept clients who are more than 20 minutes late, as it disrupts our entire schedule and affects those who arrive on time.

We apologize if this has caused any frustration, and we hope you understand that it’s all in an effort to respect everyone’s time. Thank you so much for your continued loyalty, and we look forward to caring for your fur babies for many years to come!

Important Update: Nail Trim Policy Change

Starting January 27th, 2025, we will no longer be accepting walk-in nail trims. Going forward, all nail trims will be by appointment only. We appreciate your understanding as we make this change to better serve our customers and their furry friends!
